Who We Are
I’m Patricia Hawkins, the founder of Puzzle Cleaning & Organizing.
Puzzle grew from something deeply personal—because life has always felt like a puzzle to me. Some days everything fits, and other days you’re standing in the middle of it wondering where to begin. It’s a feeling I understand well, and it’s what drives the work I do.
Cleaning and organizing have always been part of who I am. My mom still reminds me that I was making my bed at five years old, and my first “business” was organizing my friends’ backpacks at school.
With a background in marketing and event coordination, I’ve always been drawn to structure, creativity, and bringing order to busy environments. Puzzle started in Toronto and grew with me to Calgary, where it continues to become something very close to my heart.
For me, this work is about more than spaces—it’s about helping people feel at home in their lives again, one piece at a time.
I'am Adah Blum. Born and raised in Calgary, Adah brings strong community roots and a calm, precise approach to everything she does.
With a background in dental administration, she is known for her attention to detail, reliability, and ability to keep complex environments running smoothly. At Puzzle, she supports the behind-the-scenes structure that allows everything to flow with consistency and care.
Her approach to organization is grounded in one belief: when systems make sense, life feels easier.
